About Glacier Lodge My name is Kathy Huffman and I've been the owner and operator of Glacier Lodge since 1998. You can email me at glacierlodge395@aol.com In 1999, an electrical fire burned the main lodge to the ground. It was a great loss for all of us. This was one of many fires that has plagued mountain resorts in years past. I am in the middle of plans to rebuild the lodge. In the meantime, 8 cabins remain open for rental and allow easy access the the beautiful high country. In 2000, I contracted with a frequent visitor to Glacier Lodge to design this website. I look forward to hearing from you and visiting with you when you arrive. Dogs and other pets are welcome, and campfires, if used carefully, are allowed in the pits outside each cabin.
